Depending on the country of your residence "Personal ID" might mean different things. In most cases, it would be your national identification number found in your Passport or national ID card. Yes, you can add several bank accounts, as long as they are in same name as the Kviku Finance investor account.
All investments at Kviku Finance platform are based on auto-invest feature that invests in loans automatically as they become available on the platform.
As soon as the borrower repays the loan in which you have invested, you will receive repayment of the principal and the accrued interest for the investment period. The money is automatically transferred to your Kviku Finance account and you can choose either to reinvest it or to transfer it your personal bank account. Each loan has a payment schedule and, in accordance with this schedule, the investor receives payments of the principal and interest in his Kviku Finance account through regular payments made by the borrower.
Kviku Finance provides a BuyBack on loans that are listed on the platform. BuyBack means that Kviku can compensate investors both for the invested principal and accrued interest in case the borrower is more than 30 days late with the loan repayment.
The interest rate represents the gross annual interest rate paid to investors. The interest is paid on a bi-monthly basis in accordance with the loan schedule.
Kviku Finance does not make any tax deductions from the interest you receive as an investor. Hence any tax filings and related payments are the responsibility of the individual investor. If you have questions regarding taxes on the profit received, please contact your local state revenue service.
Once you have reviewed and confirmed your investment, you cannot cancel the investment.
If the borrower is late with their loan payment, Kviku Finance will refund the invested principal and pay accrued interest when the loan is more than 30 days overdue.
In general, if a borrower does not make a payment according to schedule, the loan originator will contact the borrower to remind them about the missed payment. In case of no payments being made, the loan originator will initiate debt collection process. If debt collection efforts do not succeed the loan originator may decide to pursue the collection of the debt in court.
All investments carry with them their own specific risks. Below you will find a description of the risks that investors take on when investing with Kviku Finance along with an explanation of what we are doing to mitigate these risks.
Credit Default risk
Kviku offers to invest in unsecured long-term loans, issued by Kviku Group in Spain, Poland, Kazakstan, Philippines. The repayment of the invested amount depends on the individual borrower - if a loan is repaid on the agreed time, the investor immediately receives the invested amount and interest. If the loan repayment has been delayed, loans that are supported with Buyback will be bought back by Kviku Finance.
Currency risk
When registering with Kviku Finance, investors can choose to open their investor account in EUR. Choosing EUR currency should allow most investors to eliminate risks associated with exchange rate fluctuations and minimize the fees incurred while transferring funds.
Platform risk
When investors invest in a loan, they are buying claim rights against the borrower based on assignment agreements. In the unlikely case that Kviku Finance would go out of business, these assignment agreements would remain in place and would not be affected, i.e. investors would still have a claim right against the borrower.
Furthermore, Kviku Group loan originators issue loans at annual interest rates well in excess of those offered to investors (10-15%), which allows Kviku Group to cover the cost of risk and operating expenses.
Once you have added funds to your investor account, you are able to create your first Auto-Invest Portfolio. The Auto-Invest Portfolio is the only form of investment with Kviku Finance as it will automatically invest into loans based on your selected criteria. From the investment screen choose the amount and term of your auto-invest portfolio with the sliders. On the right side you will see the expected return for your planned investment. Then click "Create Portfolio". Here you can name your portfolio, check the amount and term once more along with your expected return. Once you agree to the terms you can finish creating your auto-invest portfolio or you can choose to adjust specific loan selection criteria by clicking "more options". If you don’t make any adjustments, your portfolio will be created with default criteria – any remaining loan amount available for investment, any loan term, investment in loans issued in any of countries, reinvestment of the money. The default loan selection criteria have been set to maximize the amount of loans that you can invest in. As you adjust the criteria note this might limit the amount of loans that fit your criteria and thus limit your investment opportunities.
Annual interest sets the range of interest rates that should be selected.
Max investment in one loan. This specifies the maximum amount that will be invested into a single loan. The Auto- Invest portfolio will invest any amount into a loan from 1 EUR up to the amount you select here. Recommendation is to keep this number above 100 EUR.
Loan term in days. This indicates the maturity of loans that should be selected.
The Countries dropdown allows you to choose countries where the loans have been originated.
The "Reinvest" button indicates whether you would like for the received interest and principal payments to be reinvested into new loans.
Once you are satisfied with your loan selection criteria you need to agree to the terms and click "Create portfolio".
Please note that you can always edit or delete an existing portfolio from the account overview.
When Auto Invest is not investing, it is usually due to a lack of available loans corresponding to your settings, or because Auto Invest is not configured properly, i.e. the settings are mutually contradictory.
You can edit, deactivate and at any time by clicking on respective buttons of your Auto Invest Portfolio settings. The action will have an immediate result.
Deactivated portfolios can be activated back at any time.
If you want to add funds to your portfolio, go to your Auto-Invest Portfolio settings and add manually the desired amount from your free balance.
Kviku Finance Loyalty Bonus is the way how we reward our investors- individual customers- who have entrusted us their funds over 1000 EUR (or equivalent amount) for investment, granting additional +1% to the interest for new investment.
The Loyalty Bonus is granted when your total account value has been 1000 EUR or more (or equivalent amount) for three consecutive months. Similarly, if your total account value drops below 1000 EUR (due to withdrawals) for the last month, you lose the bonus. The system will check the value of your account at the end of each calendar month. This means if you have registered as an investor on, for example, January 11 and added 1000 euros, then January will already count towards your Loyalty Bonus check.
Yes, the Loyalty Bonus check (i.e. Loyalty Bonus granted or revoked) is performed at the end of each calendar month. You will receive an e-mail once the Loyalty Bonus has been granted.
If you have received an e-mail informing you that your Loyalty Bonus has been revoked, it means your account value has dropped below 1000 EUR for the last month. To receive the Loyalty Bonus again you will need to bring your account value back to 1000 EUR or above and keep it at that level for at least three consecutive months.
Kviku Finance allows you to invest in unsecured consumer loans that have been issued by Kviku Group lending companies in Poland, Spain, Philippines and Kazakhstan.
You can change your email address and password after logging in to your profile and choosing "My Profile"->"Personal Information". Other information may be changed with the help of our support team at support@kviku.finance.
All the money that investors transfer to their Kviku Finance profile accounts is kept in a special separate Kviku Finance bank account.
Kviku Finance does not pay any interest on the money that is being kept in your investment account and that is not invested in any loan. This means that if you add, for example, EUR 1000 to your Kviku Finance account but do not invest it in loans, this amount remains unchanged.
You can transfer any amount that is not invested in loans to your bank account by requesting a withdrawal. Kviku Finance guarantees that the funds will be transferred from your investor account within 5 working days after receiving your request.
Kviku Finance is regulated by the legislative acts of Republic of Cyprus.
To close your Kviku Finance account you need to contact our support staff and they will deactivate your account for you. Please note that under anti-money laundering and terrorist financing prevention laws we need to keep a record of all your transactions on Kviku including all correspondence for a minimum of five years after which all records will be deleted. This means that while your account will be deactivated, information about you will still be stored on our servers. This information will be kept confidential and only revealed to the local AML/TF supervisory and control authority upon an official request for information.
Loan originators are companies that issue loans to borrowers, i.e. they "originate" the loans. Once the loans have been originated they are placed on Kviku Finance platform and made available for investment.
You can request a withdrawal through your Kviku Finance account to the bank account listed in your profile. You can withdraw funds not invested in loans from your Kviku Finance investor account to your bank account at any time.
We can only transfer money to a bank account that belongs to you; this is a necessary precaution taken to protect our investors and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. The most convenient and cost-effective way to change the bank account to which you withdraw money from your Kviku Finance account is to transfer at least 50 euro from your new bank account to your Kviku Finance account. All bank accounts used to transfer money to Kviku Finance will be registered under your profile, and you will be able to choose from any of these accounts when requesting withdrawal.
Kviku Finance will process your withdrawal request within 5 business day. Payments within the eurozone do not usually take more than one business day; depending on the time of your withdrawal request, you should receive the transferred money within the same day or within a maximum of 3 business days. Transfers outside the eurozone may take longer, depending on the bank.
No, withdrawals are only accepted from accounts in same name as the Kviku Finance investor account.
The minimal amount for withdrawal is 50 EUR.
